Congratulations to Gerardo Diaz for successfully completing his first solo flight on Tuesday April 30, 2013 at the Beaufort County Airport on Lady’s Island. Gerardo, a graduate from Battery Creek High and USCB, is pursuing his dream of becoming a commercial pilot with David Thompson and Anderson Aviation.
