Gov. Henry McMaster, a Republican, on Wednesday shows his pocket edition of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights to a crowd of nearly 200 at the steps of the former Wells Fargo Bank on Bay Street. Several other Republican candidates, including Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette and S.C. State Rep. Shannon Erickson (SC-124) and candidates for local offices were present, as well.
