On April 18, 2025, cadets from the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) at South Carolina State University were warmly welcomed by U.S. Navy personnel, as well as the National Park Rangers at Naval Support Facility Beaufort. As they toured the historic Camp Saxton, they delved into the profound legacy of those who served here, exploring the pivotal role this site played in our nation’s military history.
