The Rotary Club of the Lowcountry had the pleasure of District Governor Lou Mello visiting the club on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023. Mello outlined his priorities in order to make this a great year for District 7770 – from membership to foundation to public image, and many other initiatives such as service projects.
